Most AI education assumes a technical audience. It's designed for engineers and developers — not social workers, therapists, counselors, or nonprofit leaders who need practical, human-centered guidance.
Most AI consultants hand over a slide deck and vanish. There's no implementation support, no follow-through, and no one to help when real-world questions arise after the presentation ends.
AI is evolving rapidly, and the professions closest to vulnerable populations are among the least prepared. The people who most need to understand AI's implications are the furthest from the conversation.
From hands-on training to full-scale AI integration — every service is designed to make AI accessible, ethical, and practical for the people and organizations that need it most.
One-on-one and small group AI training for individuals — no coding required, taught personally by Jason Fernandez.
Ethical AI integration for organizations — from AI literacy to policy creation to workflow automation with ongoing support.

60 Watts Connect
The AI platform where organizations and professionals explore and deploy chatbots for real-world impact.
Jason Fernandez is a licensed master social worker, college professor, and founder of 60 Watts of Clarity. He serves as AI Consultant at the Graduate College of Social Work at the University of Houston, teaching social workers to build AI agents using ethical, human-centered frameworks.
He started 60 Watts because AI was transforming every industry — but social work, mental health, and non-profit leadership were being left behind. He personally teaches every Community AI Training session and leads Organization AI Consultation from discovery through implementation. He is presenting his Human-Centered AI course at the upcoming CSWE Conference.
Real results from real practitioners — Jason's work is field-tested, ethically grounded, and measurably effective.

No-code AI agents deployed by students for real-world human services applications
Every enrolled student completed the University of Houston AI training program
As AI Technology Consultant at UH's graduate school of social work, Jason designed and delivered a hands-on AI curriculum that combined ethical frameworks with practical, no-code tool-building. Graduate students left the program with real AI agents they had built themselves — ready to deploy in mental health and social services contexts.
Jason has been selected to present at the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) Annual Conference — one of the most influential gatherings in social work education. His presentation will bring the AI literacy and ethical frameworks he has developed into national conversation among educators, administrators, and field supervisors.
Jason's ongoing Substack publication, 60 Watts of Clarity, covers AI literacy, ethics, psychological safety, and practical guidance for human services professionals. Published consistently and read by practitioners nationwide.
